장애인의 미취업 기간이 취업에 미치는 영향 : 취업활동의 조절효과를 중심으로

본 연구는 실업을 한번이라도 경험한 미취업 장애인을 대상으로 미취업 기간에 따른 취업확률 실증적으로 분석하였다. 연구의 주안점은 취업활동이 실업기간과 취업 간의 관계에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 여부이다. 분석자료는 장애인고용패널 1차부터 8차까지의 데이터이며 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 실업기간, 실업자의 구직활동시간, 비경활동자의 취업준비활동시간이 취업여부에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 실업기간이 짧을수록, 실업자의 구직활동시간이 짧을수록, 비경활자의 취업준비활동시간이 짧을수록, 취업 가능성이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 취업활동의 조절효과를 검정한 결과 실업자의 구직활동시간, 비경활자의 취업준비활동시간은 실업기간이 취업여부에 미치는 영향을 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 실업자의 구직활동시간이 길수록, 비경활자의 취업준비활동시간 길수록 실업기간이 길어도 취업 가능성이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
Unemployment raise an issues not only to person with disability and his or her family such as loss of income and reduction of working- competency but also to country such as inefficient utilization of human resources and increasing social costs. This study analyses the effect of willingness to seek work as unemployment duration grows. The research utilizes the data of the Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled(PSED) from 2008 to 2015, which is analyzed by Generalized Estimating Equation(GEE). The results of analyse is that as longer unemployment duration, the probability of employment s decreased. This study focuses on job search activity between unemployment duration and employment success. It is founded that if though the longer unemployment duration, the probability of employment increase when the strength of job search activity is higher rather than low.
