최근 세계적으로 저탄소 녹색성장에 대한 관심이 높아지고, 이에 따라 생체에너지를 이용하는 자전거 교통에 대한 관심도 높아지고 있다. 하지만 현재 우리나라는 자전거 시책 시행에 따른 효과분석 방법론이 제대로 정립되어 있지 않아 자전거 이용에 대한 영향요인과 효과분석 방법론을 체계화하는 연구가 요구된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 자전거 선택에 영향을 주는 요인을 통행속성, 개인속성, 인식속성으로 구분하여 분석하고, 이러한 요인들을 반영하는 자전거 수단선택 모형을 구축하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 건강, 안전, 환경에 대한 통행자 인식속성을 반영하는 자전거 수단선택 모형을 제시했다는 점에서 차별성을 찾을 수 있다. 창원시에 소재하는 직장 통근자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 모형 구축에 필요한 현시선호(Revealed Preference) 자료를 수집하고, 이를 토대로 자전거 수단선택 모형을 구축하였다. 모형 구축 결과 통행속성과 개인속성 모두 자전거 선택에 미치는 영향이 큰 것으로 분석되었으며, 더불어 통행자의 인식속성도 자전거 수단선택에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구결과를 활용하여 자전거 전용도로 확충 등 자전거 시설 개선에 따른 자전거 수요추정과 편익 산정에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
Abstract
Recently, more focus has been given to ‘low-carbon and green-growth’ over the world. It also made people put their interest on bike transport which makes use of bio-energy. Nevertheless methodology for measuring effects by improving bike-related facilities is not provided in our country. So it is needed to conduct research on impact analysis and methodology of measuring effect for bike transport. This study aims at analyzing impact factors to bike choice by categorizing them into travel, personal and perception attributes, and making mode choice models influencing them. This study is distinguished from other studies in that we proposed the mode choice model influencing the perception attributes of health, safety and environment factors. For modelling, we conducted interview survey with commuters who are working in Changwon city, collected revealed preference data and proposed the mode choice model with the revealed preference data. Its results reveal that bike choice is influenced by not only the travel and personal attributes but also the perception ones. It is expected that this study can be made use of forecasting bike demand and measuring benefits by improving bike-related facilities.
