초록

Analyzing the relationship between leaders' EI and employees' OCBs in local government organization, this study was to review whether those independent variables were significantly identified as powerful determinants of variation in public employees' OCBs. The correlation between EI and OCBs in this study was both highly significant(p= .000) and substantial, which is indicative of a strong relationship between EI and OCBs, sequently resulting in organization outcomes in local government and meaning that all of the associated Pearson r correlations are indicative of possessing a significant and substantial relationship with OCBs. On the one hand, in the analysis of t-Test for hypotheses on whether a higher degree of EI will explain OCBs more than a low degree of EI, OCBs were more positively affected by high versus low levels of EI(p < 0.05).
