본 연구는 2019년 8월까지 등재된 학술지를 중심으로 ADHD학생의 읽기 이해, 읽기 유창성 관련 연구 동향을 분석하여 향후 중재방향에 대한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 선정기준에 따라 국내 ADHD학생의 읽기 이해, 읽기 유창성 관련 한국연구재단 등재지, 후보지로 지정된 연구 총 8편을 대상으로 연구유형, 연구대상, 연구주제, 중재전략, 중재기간, 신뢰도 및 타당도, 중재요인, 연구결과를 분석하였다. 선정기준에 따라 총 8편을 대상으로 분석결과 실험연구가 많았으며 초등학생을 대상으로 한 연구가 많았다. 연구주제는 읽기이해가 높게 나타났으며 중재전략은 자기조절전략을 이용하였다. 중재기간은 15~25회기로 나타났고 신뢰도 및 타당도는 8편중 4편만 신뢰도 및 타당도를 확보한 중재로 나타났으며 중재요인은 자신의 부족한 부분을 알고 다양한 경험을 하는 과정 속에서 정서적 안정감과 자신감을 회복할 수 있는 정서적 자각-통찰이 높게 나타났다. 연구결과는 읽기이해력 및 유창성, 읽기태도에서 긍정적 향상을 보였다. 이러한 연구결과를 중심으로 향후 중재연구 방향에 대한 제안을 제시하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 ADHD 읽기이해, 유창성 중재방향의 흐름을 파악하고, 다양한 각도에서 연구가 이루어질 수 있는 기초자료로 활용할 수 있다는데 의의가 있다.
Abstract
This study focused on journals published until August of 2019 to analyze research trends related to the reading comprehension and reading fluency of ADHD students and it attempted to provide base material for future mediation direction. According to selection standards, a total of 8 journals related to the reading comprehension and reading fluency of ADHD students in Korea that are either published or candidates for publication by the Research Foundation of Korea were selected and analysis was conducted on research types, research subjects, research topics, mediation strategies, reliability and feasibility, mediation factors, and research results. Following selection standards, analysis results of the 8 journals showed that there were many experimental studies and that many of the studies were conducted on elementary students. With research topics, reading comprehension appeared high and with mediation strategies, self-regulation strategies were used. Mediation periods were 15 to 25 sessions and with reliability and feasibility, only 4 out of 8 journals appeared to show mediation with reliability and feasibility, and with mediation factors, emotional awareness-insight through which one realizes their own insufficiencies and regains emotional stability and confidence within processes in which they have diverse experiences appeared high. Research results displayed positive improvements in reading comprehension, fluency, and reading attitudes. Based on these research results, proposals for future mediation research direction were presented. Therefore, this study has significance as it looks into the flow of ADHD reading comprehension and fluency mediation direction and can be used as base material in which research can be conducted from various angles.
