본 연구의 목적은 우수한 특수교사 양성 및 역량 함양을 위해 중등특수교사의 직무역량을 분석하는데 있다. 문헌연구 및 선행연구 분석을 통하여 개방형 설문지를 개발하고, 총 87명의 중등특수교사를 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 중등특수교사의 응답을 코딩-범주화-범주 확인의 과정으로 분석한 결과 지식 및 기술, 태도 영역에서 총 5개의 직무역량이 도출되었다. 지식 및 기술 영역은 4개 직무역량으로, 직무역량1. 장애이해 및 교수학습 역량, 직무역량2. 학급경영 및 관리 역량, 직무역량3. 장애학생 지원 및 생활지도 역량, 직무역량4. 교직지식 및 연구활동 역량이다. 태도 영역은 1개 직무역량으로, 직무역량5. 인권 존중과 교사 자질 역량으로 분석되었다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 논의와 제언을 제시하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the job competency of secondary special education teachers for the training of excellent special education teachers and their competency building. An open questionnaire was developed by analyzing literature studies and previous studies, and a total of 87 secondary special education teachers were surveyed. As a result of analyzing the response of the secondary special education teacher through the process of coding, categorization, and category identification, a total of five job competency were derived in the areas of knowledge, skills, and attitude. There are four job competency in knowledge and skill area: Job Competency 1. Disability Understanding, Teaching and Learning Competency, Job Competency 2. Class management and management competency, job competency 3. Disability Student Support, Life Guidance Competency, and Job Competency 4. Teaching knowledge and research activities Competency. Attitude is one job competency. Job Competency 5. Respect for human rights and teacher quality was analyzed. Based on the results of the study, discussions and suggestions were made.
