본 연구는 사회복지사들과 협력한 긍정적행동지원이 성인 발달장애인의 공격행동과 프로그램 참여거부행동에 어떠한 효과가 있는지 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상자는 성인 발달장애인 2인으로 4개월이 넘는 기간동안 사회복지사들과 함께 주간보호시설에서 진행하였으며, PBS팀을 구성하고 대상자 선정 및 부모동의, 종사자 대상교육과 기능평가를 실시하였으며, 중재계획 수립 및 교구제작, 기초선 측정, 중재실행 및 측정, 효과성 검증으로 연구가 진행되었다. 측정방법은 직접관찰법으로 도전적 행동, 대체행동, 친사회적 행동을 측정하였고 빈도와 백분율로 나타내었다. 연구설계는 단일대상설계 AB설계로 진행하였으며, 연구결과 연구대상자 A와 연구대상자 B 모두 현저하게 도전적 행동은 감소되었고 친사회적 행동은 증가되었으나 대체행동은 크게 변하지 않았다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of positive behavior support in cooperation with social workers on aggressive behavior and program refusal behavior of adults with developmental disabilities. We studied subjects were 2 adults with development disability and the period of more than 4 months was conducted. A PBS team was formed, subjects were selected and parents consented, employees were educated, function evaluation was performed, intervention plan established and teaching materials were made, intervention was executed and measured in A-B research design. As for the measurement method, challenging behavior, alternative behavior and pro-social behavior were measured by direct observation and expressed as frequency and percentage. The study was conducted to verify the effectiveness. As a result of the study, both subject A and subject B showed a decrease in challenging behavior and an increase in pro-social behavior, but the alternative behavior did not change significantly.
