본 연구는 장애인 직업능력평가 수퍼비전의 필요성을 검토하고 수퍼비전 체계를 수립하는 기초적 연구를 수행하는데 목적이 있다. 연구문제는 직업능력평가 수퍼비전의 개념, 인접 학문 분야의 관련 연구 동향, 수퍼비전 체계 제안이 포함되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 직업재활 뿐 아니라 인접 학문 분야를 포함한 다학제적 관련 연구물을 검토하여 문헌분석을 시도하였고, 직업능력평가사들과의 포커스그룹 인터뷰와 소규모 사례회의를 실시하고 반복적 비교분석법을 통해 연구결과를 도출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 연구결과로 장애인 직업능력평가 수퍼비전 정의, 직업능력평가 수퍼비전의 기능과 기대 역량, 직업능력평가사의 전문역량 발달단계, 수퍼비전의 운영 원칙 및 고려사항, 수퍼비전 참여자격 및 역할, 직업능력평가 수퍼비전 유형 등을 도출하여 제안하였다. 마지막으로, 다학제 기반 직업능력평가 수퍼비전 체계, 세분화된 전문역량 발달단계의 필요성을 강조하고, 한계점에 대해 논의하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explore the necessity of supervising the vocational evaluation for people with disabilities and to suggest supervision systems for vocational evaluation. Research questions include the definition of supervision of vocational evaluation, a review on related research articles, and suggestions for a supervision system. This study attempted to review the multidisciplinary literature in vocational rehabilitation and other adjacent academic fields, conducted focus group interviews and small case meetings with vocational evaluators, and derived its results using a competitive comparative analyzing method. The definition, functions, expected competencies, stages of professional development, operating principles, considerations, qualification and roles, and types of supervision of vocational evaluation were derived and proposed. The multidisciplinary supervision system of vocational evaluation, developmental stages of professional competence and limitations were discussed.
