장애인복지관 슈퍼비전 체계 연구 : 슈퍼비전 구성요소를 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 슈퍼비전의 구성요소에 따른 장애인복지관 슈퍼비전 표준 체계를 제안하는 것이다. 이를 위해 문헌연구 및 델파이조사 2라운드를 실시하였다. 델파이조사의 연구 참여자는 총 20명이며 장애인복지관 현장 전문가 10명, 슈퍼비전 관련 학계전문가 10명이 패널로 참여하였다. 연구결과, 슈퍼비전 목적 10문항, 슈퍼바이저의 자격과 선발 7문항, 슈퍼바이저의 주요 직무 8문항, 슈퍼비전 기능별 과업 21문항, 슈퍼비전 실행구조 15문항, 슈퍼비전을 위한 기관의 지원체계 및 정책 15문항, 슈퍼비전 단계별 세부 과업 27문항의 슈퍼비전 체계 내용이 도출되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 장애인복지관 슈퍼비전 세부 지침 개발과 평가, 장애인복지관 슈퍼비전 활성화를 위한 슈퍼비전 내용 개발, 슈퍼바이저의 역량강화 교육, 조직차원의 다각도 지원 등을 제언하였다. 본 연구는 슈퍼비전에 관한 논의가 미흡한 장애인복지관 및 관련 현장의 슈퍼비전 체계 수립을 위한 기초 자료를 마련하였다는 점에서 의의가 높다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to propose standards for supervision of welfare centers for the disabled according to the components of supervision. For this study, literature review and the 2-round of Delphi survey were conducted. A total of 20 participants in the Delphi survey were participated as panels, with 10 field experts at the welfare center for the disabled and 10 academics related to supervision. As a result of the study, 10 questions for supervision purpose, 7 questions for supervisor qualification and selection, 8 questions for supervisor's main job, 21 questions for tasks by supervision function, 15 questions for supervision execution structure, 15 questions for policy, and 27 questions for detailed tasks by supervision stage were derived. Based on these research results, it was suggested to develop and evaluate detailed guidelines for supervision of welfare centers for the disabled, develop supervisory contents to promote supervision of welfare centers for the disabled, education on supervisors' competency, and various support at the organizational level. This study is significant in that it has prepared basic data for establishing a supervision system for welfare centers for the disabled and related fields, where discussions on supervision are insufficient.
