향후 장애 대학생의 진로·직업 방향 제시를 위한 연구 동향 분석

본 연구의 목적은 장애 대학생의 진로·직업에 관련 문헌들을 살펴봄으로써 연구 동향을 분석 및 고찰하고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 2015년에서 2024년까지 국내 학술저널에 출간된 33편의 장애 대학생 진로·직업에 관한 연구를 대상으로 연도별, 학술지별, 주제별, 연구 방법별, 서술적 분석을 진행하였다. 분석 결과로는 첫째, 연도별로 연구로는 2016년과 2019년이 가장 많았으며, 둘째, 학술지별에서는 학습자중심교과교육연구에 가장 많이 게재되었다. 셋째, 연구 주제별로는 진로준비행동과 프로그램 적응에 관한 연구가 가장 많이 진행되었으며, 넷째, 연구 방법별로는 조사(통계)연구가 가장 많이 진행된 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 서술적 분석을 통해, 진로준비과정의 요인 간 관계와 매개효과에 관한 연구가 주로 수행되고 있었다. 장애 대학생의 진로·직업에 대한 연구 분석 동향을 토대로 향후 연구의 진행 방향과 장애 대학생의 원활한 진로직업에 대한 방안을 제언하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine research trends by examining literature related to the career paths and occupations of disabled college students. To this end, a descriptive analysis was conducted on 32 studies the career paths and occupations of disabled college students published in domestic academic journals from 2015 to 2024 categorized by year, journal, topic, and research method. The analysis results show that, first, by year, 2016 and 2019 had the most research; second, by journal, the most research was published in Learner-Centered Curriculum Research; third, by research topic, the most research was conducted on career preparation behavior and program adaptation; fourth, by research method, survey (statistical) research was conducted the most; fifth, through descriptive analysis, research was mainly conducted on the relationships between factors in the career preparation process and their mediating effects. Based on the research and analysis trends of disabled college students, we suggest future research directions and measures to ensure smooth career paths and occupations for disabled college students.
