국내 대학 기반 장애대학생 지원 관련 연구 동향 분석

본 연구는 2015년부터 최근 10년간 국내 대학 기반 장애대학생 지원 관련 연구동향을 분석하고자 하였다. 이에 연도별, 연구대상별, 연구주제별, 연구방법별, 연구분야별로 주요 경향을 파악하고, 기존 동향연구와의 비교를 통해 장애대학생 지원 연구의 발전 양상과 한계를 논의하였다. 분석 결과, 다양한 장애유형별, 다양한 이해관계자가 참여하였으며, 지원 분야에 있어서도 학습지원과 편의시설 중심에서 취업지원, 상담지원 등 대학생활 전반을 포괄하는 방향으로 점차 확장되고 있었다. 반면 연구주제에 있어서 적용 및 효과성 검증, 특성 및 요인 분석 연구가 드물었고, 연구방법적으로는 실험연구가 드물게 이루어진 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석 결과를 토대로 장애대학생 지원 정책 및 실천방안 수립을 위한 논의를 하였다.
Abstract
This study aimed to analyze research trends on support systems for university students with disabilities in South Korea over the past decade (2015–2024). By examining annual patterns, research subjects, topics, methodologies, and fields, the study identified key trends and discussed both advancements and limitations through comparisons with prior literature. The analysis revealed that research has increasingly involved diverse stakeholders and expanded its focus across disability types. Support areas, initially centered on academic assistance and accessible facilities, have gradually expanded to encompass all aspects of university life, including career support and counseling services. However, the study identified critical gaps: research themes such as practical application, effectiveness validation, and factor analysis remain underrepresented, and experimental methodologies are rarely employed. Based on these findings, the study discusses implications for establishing evidence-based policies and practical measures to enhance support systems for students with disabilities.
