일반 성인의 겹문장 산출 양상에 대한 연구 - 실어증 환자의 겹문장 산출 문항개발을 중심으로

초록

본 논문은 실어증 환자들의 문장산출 능력을 평가하기 위한 검사도구 개발을 위한 연구의 일환으로, 일반 성인군을 대상으로 겹문장의 산출 양상을 살펴보는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 선행 연구들을 근거로 검사 문장 제작, 검사 문장에 대한 국어학 전문가들의 내용타당도를 거쳐 문항을 선별, 언어병리학 전문가들의 그림자극물에 대한 내용타당도를 거쳐 예비실험을 실시하였다. 그 결과와 전문가의 2차 자문을 거쳐 선정된 겹문장 검사 문항을 114명의 일반 성인군에게 실시하였다. 문장산출 발화 자료를 분석한 결과를 토대로 문항별 재선별 작업을 거쳐 최종 29문항의 검사문항을 선정하였다. 선정된 검사문항을 연령이 낮은 집단(45~74세)과 높은 집단(75세 이상), 교육년수가 낮은 집단(1~6년)과 높은 집단(7년 이상)으로 분류된 일반 성인군에게 시행한 결과는 다음과 같다. 이어진문장의 연결어미 범주의 주효과가 통계적으로 유의하여, 연결어미 범주별 정반응율이 계기, 동시, 나열, 이유, 대조의 순으로 차이를 보였다. 안은문장에서 교육의 주효과가 통계적으로 유의하여, 교육년수가 높은 집단이 낮은 집단보다 점수가 높았다. 관형절 유형별 결과에서 교육과 절 유형의 주효과가 통계적으로 유의하여, 교육년수가 높은 집단이 낮은 집단보다 관형절 유형별 점수가 높았다. 일반 성인군의 겹문장 산출 양상을 살펴본 본 연구는 실어증 환자군의 겹문장 산출 평가 시 비교 기준점으로 사용될 수 있다.

Abstract

As part of a study to develop a test tool to evaluate the sentence production ability of aphasic patients, this paper aims to examine production patterns of complex sentences for a group of general adults. To this end, sentences for tests were made based on previous studies, and selected through content validity of Korean language experts, and preliminary experiments were conducted through the content validity of picture stimuli by speech-language pathologists. The test items for complex sentences were selected after that result & secondary consultation with experts and conducted on 114 general adults. Based on the results of analyzing the speech data, the final 29 test items were selected through reselection by the item. Then tests with the selected test items were conducted among the general adult groups(lower age group(45~74yrs; LA), higher age group(75≤; HA), lower education group(1~6yrs; LE), higher education group(7≤; HE)). The results are as follows. The main effects of the connective ending category of the conjoined sentences were statistically significant, and the positive response rates for each connective ending category differed in the order of chance, simultaneity, listing, reason and contrast. The main effect of education was statistically significant in the total score of embedded sentence, and the HE group scored higher than the LE group. The main effects of education and relative clause types were statistically significant, and the HE group scored higher in each type of relative clause than the LE group. This study, which examines the pattern of complex sentence production in the general adult group, can be used as a comparative criterion to evaluate the complex sentence production in the aphasic group.
