비유창실어증 환자의 문장 이해 특성

비유창실어증 환자가 기본 어순과 어순 재배치 능동문과 피동문의 이해에 보이는 특성을 통사론적 관점과 처리과정적 관점에서 살펴보았다. 비유창실어증과 정상 성인 각 13명을 대상으로 2개 문장 이해 과제(문장-그림 연결 과제, 문장 검증 과제)에서 4개 문장 유형(두 자리 능동문, 세 자리 능동문, 피동사 피동문, 자동사 피동문)에 대한 정반응률과 반응시간을 측정하였다. 통계 분석은 혼합 모형 분산 분석과 Bonferroni 방식의 다중비교를 실시하였다. 그 결과 정반응률은 환자군이 정상군보다 유의하게 낮았다(p<.001). 문장 유형과 집단간 상호작용이 유의하였다(p=.005). 다중비교 결과, 환자군은 세 자리 능동문이 두 자리 능동문보다(p<.001), 피동사 피동문이 두 자리 능동문이나(p<.001) 자동사 피동문보다(p=.023) 유의하게 낮았다. 명사구 이동 1회 있는 문장이 명사구 이동이 없거나(p=.032) 동사구 이동 1회 있는 문장(p=.005)보다 유의하게 낮았다. 반응시간은 환자군이 정상군보다 유의하게 길었다(p<.001). 과제와 집단간 상호작용이 유의하게 나타나(p<.001), 환자군에서 문장-그림 연결 과제가 유의하게 길었다(p<.001). 세 자리 능동문이 두 자리 능동문(p<.001), 피동사 피동문(p=.010), 자동사 피동문(p<.001)보다 유의하게 길었다. 비유창실어증 집단은 명사구 이동이 있는 문장, 피동사 피동문, 세 자리 능동문 이해를 어려워하였다. 결론적으로 이들은 능동문과 피동문의 청각적 이해 과정에서 처리용량의 부담이 함께 발생할 때 명사구 이동과 관련된 통사규칙을 사용하는데 어려움이 증가하였고, 변이성이 컸다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to reveal the properties of sentence comprehension in nonfluent aphasia. A total of 13 nonfluent aphasic patients and 13 normal subjects participated in two sentence comprehension tasks(sentence-picture matching and sentence verification). The accuracy rate and response time were measured and mixed model ANOVA was conducted. Accuracy rate in the patient group was significantly lower than the normal group(p<.001). In the patient group, active with 3 arguments is significantly lower than active with 2 arguments(p<.001) and passive with passive verb is lower than active with 2 arguments(p<.001) and passive with intransitive verb(p=.023). Sentence with one NP movement is significantly lower than sentence without NP movement(p=.032) and one VP movement(p=.005). Response time in the patient group was significantly longer than the normal group(p<.001). In the patient group, sentence-matching task was significantly longer(p<.001) and active with 3 arguments was longer than other sentence types. The patient group had more errors in the sentence with NP-movement, passive sentence with passive verb and active sentence with 3-arguments. They also showed variability in performance. In conclusion, when the burden of processing capacity occurs in auditory comprehension of active and passive sentences, the difficulty in using the syntactic rules related to the NP movement increased.
