The aim of this paper is to survey, understand and analyze the meaning and usage in Indirect Speech Act & Aspect. Firstly, we have to understand and distinguish the Direct Speech Act and Indirect Speech Act. Indirect Speech Act has and expresses the second meaning of a sentence. In Speech Act, Indirect Speech Act is more important than Direct Speech Act. Aspect can express the internal meaning of a verb as well as the basic meaning of a verb. When we speak a sentence, we have to express Aspect and Speech Act appropriately. Through Aspect and Speech Act, the correct meaning of a sentence is communicated to each other. In this paper, Aspect and Indirect Speech Act are very important factors in understanding a sentence and communicating with each other
Abstract
