The purpose of this study is to analyze the educational environment of the integrated resort industry and to suggest the development of curriculum to cope with the changes in the recruitment structure of the future integrated resort industry. Job competency modeling is set up, job model verification is conducted through industry surveys, and job competency definitions are prepared. The contents of education by job competency should be derived and the curriculum should be developed. Based on the results of the job modeling survey, the job competency modeling was confirmed as a casino operation management expert and a hotel service expert. It should focus on smooth administrative support for the opening and operation of industrial demand-type curriculum, practical education using the multi-semester system, industry field training, internship, etc., and practice for industry-academia cooperation when opening an internship.
