초록

This paper focuses on identifying the types and prioritization of elderly-friendly living facilities in the Dobong-gu district of Seoul, along with assessing the straight-line and navigator distances of these facilities from a designated reference point, calculated by minimum, average, and maximum distances. The analysis revealed that, based on the minimum distance criterion indicating the presence of elderly-friendly living facilities within the walking limit of the elderly, transportation, religion, welfare, medical, commercial, and park facilities were within the stipulated distance, while basic services and sports facilities exceeded the 650m limit. On the other side, according to the navigator analysis, parks and green spaces, basic services, and sports facilities exceeded this distance. Furthermore, when considering the ranking of preferred facilities by the elderly, the sequence of facility locations based on distance differed from the preference rankings. In both the minimum and average distance criteria, transportation facilities, ranked lower in preference, took precedence, while basic facilities, considered lower in preference, secured the top rank.
