본 연구의 목적은 무용학과 대학생의 기업가 마인드셋이 무용수행에 미치는 효과가 창의성 동기와 무대제작과 관련된 창의적 프로세스 참여에 의해 매개되는지 분석하고 이 관계가 무용경력에 따라 다른지를 비교하는데 있다. 연구대상은 대학생 373 명이며, 자료는 구조방정식모형 분석과 다집단 분석을 통해 처리되었다. 연구결과는다음과 같다: 첫째, 기업가 마인드셋이 창의적 프로세스 참여에 미치는 효과는 창의성 동기에 의해 정적으로 부분 매개된다. 둘째, 기업가 마인드셋이 창의적 수행에 미치는 효과는 창의성 동기와 창의적 프로세스 참여에 의해 정적으로 부분 매개된다. 셋째, 창의성 동기가 창의적 수행에 미치는 효과는 창의적 프로세스 참여에 의해 정적으로 부분 매개된다. 넷째, 기업가 마인드셋이 창의적 수행에 미치는 효과는 창의성 동기와 창의적 프로세스 참여에 의해 매개된다. 다섯째, 무용수행과 변수들 간의관계는 무용경력에 따라 다르다. 이 결과는 무대제작 학습활동을 통해 대학생의 예술기업가적 마인드를 함양할 수 있는 교육이 필요함을 시사한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze whether the effect of entrepreneurial mindset on creative performance in dance majors is mediated by creativity motivation and engagement in creative processes and whether this relationship varies by dance carriers. A total of 373 university dance students responded to the survey, and the data were processed using structural equation modeling and multi-group analysis. The results of the study were as follows: (1) Entrepreneurial mindset, creativity motivation, creative process engagement, and creative performance are positively related to each other. (2) The effect of entrepreneurial mindset on creative process engagement is mediated by creativity motivation. (3) The effect of entrepreneurial mindset on creative performance is mediated by creativity motivation and creative process engagement. (4) The effect of creativity motivation on creative performance is partially mediated by creative process engagement. (5) The effect of entrepreneurial mindset on creative performance is mediated by creativity motivation and creative process engagement. (6) The relationships among the study variables are variant across dance career. The findings suggest that fostering an entrepreneurial mindset among dancers through dance production activities requires strategy that promote creative motivation and engagement in the creative process.
