무용교육 프로그램의 평가체계 분석: 영미 사례를 중심으로

Abstract

This study aims to enhance the qualitative outcomes and social value of dance education by analyzing the assessment criteria and case studies from the United Kingdom and the United States. Based on this analysis, the study seeks to derive implications for improving the performance management of future dance education programs. Dance education plays a crucial role beyond mere physical activity by fostering students' creativity, social skills, and cultural identity. However, absence of an independent evaluation system has limited its recognition and contributions. Therefore, this study highlights the necessity of an evaluation framework that reflects the multidimensional value of dance education. Through the analysis of international case studies, it explores directions for improving the assessment methods of dance education programs in South Korea.
