This study, a rubrics development for assessment of college liberal arts dance classes, intends to prepare credible assessment standard in University dance education environment and applicable performance assessment tool in liberal arts dance education field. To this end, this study made rubrics draft by drawing detailed evaluation items for dance-related liberal arts activity area through literature research and preliminary research and supplementing items through expert advise. As explained, development of rubrics for liberal arts dance class assessment is expected to provide opportunities of raising credibility of educational assessment by constructing fairness for overall evaluation.
