본 연구의 목적은 특수교사의 전문성 신장이라는 관점에서 특수학교 교실 수업연구의 양상과 문제점을 규명하고 그 대안을 탐색하는 데 있다. 현재 특수학교 교실 수업연구의 동향은 행동주의적, 교육공학적 접근에 입각한 수업분석 연구가 중심이 되고 있으며, 이러한 수업연구는 교실수업의 심층적 이해의 곤란, 수업을 둘러싼 다양한 맥락의 간과, 반성적 사고와 실천적 지식 획득 기회의 부족이라는 한계로 인해 특수교사의 수업 전문성 신장에 실질적인 도움을 주는데 한계가 있음을 지적했다. 따라서 특수교사의 수업전문성 신장을 위한 교실 수업연구의 방향으로 기술적 실천을 지향하는 수업분석에서 반성적 실천을 지향하는 수업연구로의 전환이 필요함을 지적하고, 그 구체적인 방안으로 수업현상의 심층적 이해를 위한 질적연구, 수업의 의미추구를 위한 수업비평, 반성적 성찰과 실천적 지식획득을 위한 수업연구 문화 형성을 제시하고 이에 대해 논의했다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to search an alternative method through the exploration of the current status and problems of classroom practice to enhance special education teachers' expertise. The Current trend of special school classroom practice research mostly comes from the behaviorism and the engineering approach. Thus, these studies have limitation in terms of enhance special education teachers' expertise because of the difficulty on the in-depth understanding, the overlooking of the various context in related to classroom practice, and the lack about the chance of practical knowledge acquisition through reflective practice. For the solution of these problems, I presented the direction of the classroom practice research to enhance special education teachers' expertise which can move from the technical analysis to the reflective research of classroom practice. Regarding to the practical level, I suggested the necessity of the qualitative research for the in-depth understanding of classroom practice, the instructional criticism for the meaning pursuit of classroom practice, and the research on cultural formation for practical knowledge acquisition through the reflective practice.
