본 연구는 공급부족이 발생하는 상황에서 공급사슬의 대상 주체별로 최대 이익을 달성할 수 있는 주문량 의사결정 방식의 조합에 대해 살펴보았다. 구매자 관점에서는 수요추종 휴리스틱을, 공급자 관점에서는 평균고정 휴리스틱을, 공급사슬 관점에서는 도박사의 오류 휴리스틱을 활용하면 최대 이익을 달성할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 다음과 같이 세 가지의 의의가 있다. 첫째, 최대 기대이익을 달성할 수 있는 주문량 의사결정 휴리스틱의 조합을 탐색하였다. 둘째, 공급량이 부족한 상황에서 최적 주문량 의사결정은 최대 이익을 보장할 수 없다. 이는 공급부족이 자주 발생하는 혁신 제품군의 공급사슬에 많은 시사점을 제시한다. 셋째, 공급사슬에서 대상 주체별로 최대 이익을 달성할 수 있는 방안과 공급사슬 전체의 이익을 위한 방안과의 차이가 발생한다. 이는 부문 최적화와 전체 최적화가 상이함을 보여주고 있다.
Abstract
In this paper, we studied the combinations of ordering heuristic which were able to obtain the highest expected profits in the deficient supply situations. Buyers accomplished the highest profits when they decided order quantity using demand chasing heuristic while suppliers achieved the highest profits when they decided order quantity using mean anchoring heuristic. In addition, it became the highest profits in case of using gambler’s fallacy from a supply chain’s point of view. This paper have three contributions as follows. First, we tried to studying the combinations of ordering heuristic which could achieve the highest profits. Second, Optimal ordering is not the best solutions in the deficient supply situations. This is very suggestive to the innovative industry that the deficient supply often occurs. Third, there is a difference between identities and the whole of supply chain ways to meet the highest profits. This means global optimization is different from local optimization in the supply chain.
