사이버가정학습체제를 위한 수업 운영 모형 탐색 연구

사이버가정학습체제의 성공을 위해서 현장의 교사들이 e-러닝을 이해하고 자신들의 수업에 어떻게 활용할 수 있는지 기본적인 수업 운영의 틀을 설정하는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 사이버가정학습에 참가하는 교사들을 위하여 사이버가정학습체제 하에서 어떠한 수업(교수-학습)활동을 전개할 수 있는지를 안내하기 위한 수업 운영 모형을 탐색하여 개발하였다. 수업 운영 모형이란 학교 또는 가정에서 e-러닝을 어떻게 활용하여 수업의 일부로 포함할 것인가에 대한 수업 운영의 기본적인 틀로서 본 연구에서는 이러한 수업 운영 모형의 결정요인으로서 11가지 요인을 선정하였고 그중에서 운영목적을 중심으로 수준별 교실수업 지원형, 정규교과 운영 보완형, 학습자 개인학습 지원형, 사이버 학습동아리형, 수업활동특화형, 그리고 학력평가형을 제안하였다. 11가지 결정요인과 각 운영 모형은 관련 문헌 및 사례분석, 시범운영에 참여한 장학사와 운영교사 대상 포커스그룹 인터뷰, 교사대상 설문조사 결과를 종합적으로 분석하여 도출되었다. 본 연구결과는 현장 교사들에게 사이버가정학습체제에서 수업을 계획하고 운영하는데 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to develope implementation models of instruction for cyber home study that will be launched nationwide in Korean elementary and secondary schools. For this purpose, the research team reviewed literature about e-Learning, 7th national curriculum, ICT skills of Korean teachers, and official reports of three educational districts' preceding efforts of implementing Cyber Home Study(Kyungbook, Daegu, and Kwangjoo school districts). Also, we conducted focus group interviews and survey for teachers who had participated in implementation of Cyber Home Study. We have elicited 11 factors determining the models and we proposed 6 models firstly considering the first factor(purposes of cyber home study). The 6 Implementation models for Cyber Home Study were model for supporting student-level based classroom instruction, model for complementing school curriculum implementation, model for addressing individual learning needs, model for cyber learning community, model for differentiating school instruction, and model for achievement evaluation. The remaining 10 factors were content type, target students, teaching-learning strategies, implementers, student participation type, target schools involved, school-grade level, local area features, implementation duration, participating personnel. We expect that these 6 implementation models will help teachers design their instructional activities and, furthermore, the use of e-Learning can be contributing to diverse educational goals in Korean elementary and secondary education.
