베트남 북부 학습자들의 한국어 종성 비음 지각 습득 양상 연구

본 연구의 목적은 베트남 북부 학습자들에게 후행 자음 환경에 따른 한국어 종성 비음 지각의 실질적인 교육자료를 제공하는 데에 있다. 이를 위해 베트남 북부 출신 초·중·고급 학습자 30명과 한국어 모어 화자 10명을 대상으로실험을 하였다. 실험 결과 첫째, 초급에서부터 습득에 이른 경우는 종성 비음에 후행 자음으로 연구개음(ㄱ, ㄲ, ㅋ), 후음(ㅎ)이 올 때였고, 중급에서부터 습득에 이른 경우는 종성 비음에 후행 자음으로 경구개음(ㅈ, ㅉ, ㅊ), 치조음(ㄷ, ㄸ, ㅌ/ㅅ, ㅆ)이 올 때였으며, 고급에서 습득에 이른 경우는 종성 비음에 후행 자음으로 양순음(ㅂ, ㅃ, ㅍ)이 올때였다. 둘째, 종성 비음 습득이 초급과 중급 사이에서 집중적으로 이루어진 경우는 ‘종성 비음+후행 파열음(ㄷ, ㄸ, ㅌ)’, ‘종성 비음+후행 치경 마찰음(ㅅ, ㅆ)’, ‘종성 비음+후행 치경 후음(ㅎ)’, ‘종성 비음+후행 비음(ㅁ, ㄴ, ㅇ)’이었고, 중급과 고급 사이에서 집중적으로 이루어진 경우는 ‘종성 비음+후행 파열음(ㅂ, ㅃ, ㅍ)’이었다
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to provide practical educational materials for the perception of final nasal consonant according to the trailing consonant environment to learners in northern Vietnam. To this end, an experiment was conducted with 30 beginner, intermediate, and advanced learners from northern Vietnam and 10 native Korean speakers. The results of the experiment were as follows: First, the cases where the final nasal consonant was acquired from the beginner level were when the following consonants were velar sound(ㄱ, ㄲ, ㅋ) or laryngeal sound(ㅎ), and the cases where the final nasal consonant was acquired from the intermediate level were when the following consonants were palatal sound(ㅈ, ㅉ, ㅊ) or alveolar sound(ㄷ, ㄸ, ㅌ/ㅅ, ㅆ), and the cases where the final nasal consonant was acquired at the advanced level were when the following consonants were bilabial sound(ㅂ, ㅃ, ㅍ). Second, the intensive acquisition of final nasal consonant perception between beginner and intermediate levels was ‘final nasal consonant + following plosive sound(ㄷ, ㄸ, ㅌ)’, ‘final nasal consonant + following alveolar fricative)(ㅅ, ㅆ)’, ‘final nasal consonant + following alveolar glottal fricative (ㅎ)’, ‘final nasal consonant + following nasal sound(ㅁ, ㄴ, ㅇ)’, and between intermediate and advanced levels was ‘final nasal consonant + following plosive sound (ㅂ, ㅃ, ㅍ)’.
