이 글은 초국적 기업에 대한 네트워크론적인 분석을 시도하고 있다. 초국적 기업에 대한 네트워크론적 분석을 시도하고 있는 이 글은 다음과 같은 것을 밝혀내고자 하고 있다. 흔히 초국가행위자로서의 초국적 기업은 세계네트워크를 공유하며 국가 및 지역적 특성과 상관이 없는 동일한 행동양식, 조직구성 및 영향력 등을 가지고 있는 것처럼 인식되어지고 있다. 그러나 이 글에서는 이와는 반대로 실제 초국적 기업들은 동일한 네트워크가 아니라 각각 고유한 네트워크를 가지고 활동을 하고 있으며 이로 인해 각국의 초국적 기업들은 행동양식, 조직구성 및 영향력 등과 같은 여러 가지 측면에서 상이하고 다양한 형태를 보인다는 것을 밝히고자 하고 있다. 이러한 분석을 통해 이 글이 궁극적으로 주장하고자 하는 것은 세계화⋅정보화 시대에 성장하고 있는 초국적 기업은 국가 및 지역적 특성과 밀접하게 연관을 가지고 있다는 것이다. 이 글은 독일의 대표적인 초국적 기업 중 하나인 도이치 뱅크에 대한 사례 분석을 통하여 이와 같은 주장을 증명하고자 한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this article is the network analyse on the transnational corporation(TNC). Because of their common sharing of global network, it has been often said, that the transnational corporations act similarly, regardless of their national and regional attributes. Contrary to this perspective, this article tries to show that the TNCs do not share the same network. Instead they have their own inherent network developed on their national and regional attributes. This means that the TNCs will not act similarly. With the case study of the german TNC Deutsche Bank, this article tries to prove it.
