독일과 프랑스의 지주회사 사례분석 및 시사점

최근 한국 몇몇 대기업이 지주회사 형태의 기업구조로 변경하면서 지주회사 형태의 기업집단 경영방식에 대한 논의가 중요해지고 있다. 지주회사의 경영방식에 대해서 상대적으로 유럽 기업들 중 지주회사 형태로 운영되고 있는 기업들에 대한 사례분석이 충분히 이루어지고 있지 않다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구에서는 지주회사 형태의 기업집단이 보편화되어 있는 프랑스와 독일의 기업성장과정에서 지주회사 방식의 소유지배구조가 적용된 사례들을 검토하고 우리나라에 대한 시사점을 기업경영 및 정부정책측면에서 도출하고 있다.
Abstract
As some Korean large firms have been trying to change their corporate structure into a holding company, there are wide discussions in Korean academia on how to use and promote this corporate structure. Nevertheless, there were no researches on how the European companies take the holding company structure. This study analyses holding company structures adopted by German and French companies, and draws some managerial and policy implications.
