Abstract
Korean companies must continuously innovate based on their creativity in order to maintain competitiveness that leads the global market. However, attempts to implement these innovations are likely to fail, and workers hesitate to participate in innovation. Companies need to implement human resource management to solve these problems. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of individual and group incentives on corporate innovation among human resource management. In the process, the mediating effect of innovative organizational culture and fairness was also investigated. As a result of empirical studies, individual incentives in Korean companies have a positive effect on corporate innovation. In the process, innovative organizational culture appeared to play a mediating effect, but fairness did not play a mediating role. On the other hand, group incentives did not have a significant impact on corporate innovation, and there was no mediating effect of innovative organizational culture and fairness in the process. In addition, the wage level input as a control variable did not affect innovation. Therefore, it was found that only individual incentives among wage variables in this study had a positive effect on the innovation of the company.
