본 연구는 경영시스템의 조직학습이 조직의 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 밝히는데 그 목적이 있다. 이 목적을 위한 연구문제는 조직학습 구축요인이 직무만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 경기도 내 A지방공사 직원을 대상으로수집된 자료 분석은 변수 간일관성 조사를 위하여 신뢰도 검증을, 변수의 구성타당도를 위하여 요인분석을 실시하였다. 그리고 변수들 간의 유의성 검증을 위해 상관관계분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 분석을 통해서 나타난 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 직무만족을 예측하는 변수를 회귀 분석한 결과 공유된 비전, 팀 학습, 시스템 사고가 중요한 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다 이러한 영향력은 공유된 비전과 팀 학습, 시스템 사고에 대한 충분한 이해와 개발을 통해 지방공사 조직의 직무만족이 증대될 수 있음을 시사한다. 결과적으로 조직학습은 조직 내 구성원뿐만 아니라 조직의 전체의 가치향상에도 공헌할 수 있음을 나타내고 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate how organization learning is an impact on organization performances. The specific question regarding this purpose is to analyze how the building elements of the organization learning affect performance. Organizational effectiveness was assessed by the following this factors, job satisfaction. To prove this, a survey was designed and performed, As a result of examining the regression coefficients to predict the performance, important influential factors were shown as follows : shared vision, participation learning, system thinking. These effects suggested that performance in the local corporation can be enhanced by sufficient understanding and developing of shared vision, participation learning, system thinking. Finally, the organization learning must be contribute so much to improve the value of organization as well as member in it.
