국내 상업계 여자고등학교의 취업경쟁력 측정: DEA(CCR, BCC, 비방사, Tier)접근

현재 상업계 여자고등학교들의 문제는 중학교에서 진학하는 학생들의 성적저조, 상업전문교과의 어려움과 분량과다, 차별화되지 못한 교육과정, 낮은 학교생활만족도, 현장실습교육기회미비, 교과과정의 대학진학중심화로 이동, 우수학생유치의 부족 등등의 문제점 때문에 원래 고교진학 시에 목표로 했던 취업 면에서 가장 큰 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 연구는 2008년도 국내 20개의 여자상업고등학교를 대상으로 2개의 투입물(교사 수, 졸업생 수)과 1개의 산출물(취업생 수)을 이용하여 다양한 DEA분석(CCR, BCC, 비방사 Tier)을 통해서 효율성 측면에서 취업경쟁력 순위 및 비효율적인 여자상업고등학교들의 정확한 투입물의 과다분과 산출물의 과소분을 제시하였으며, 또한 Tier분석을 통해서는 매우 비효율적인 여자상업고등학교들이 단기, 중기, 장기적으로 벤치마킹해야만 하는 여자상업고등학교들을 제시하였다. 실증분석의 주요한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 방사-비방사 CCR, BCC분석에서 서울, 대구, 광주, 경북, 부산, 충청지역의 순서로 효율성 측면에서 취업경쟁력이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, Tier분석결과를 보면 대구와 서울1이 가장 효율적으로 나타났으며, 비효율적인 울산의 경우는 단기적(경기, 충남), 중기적(충북1, 대전), 장기적(광주1, 대구)으로 벤치마킹해야만 하고, 경남의 경우는 단기적(경기, 충북2, 충남), 중기적(충북1, 경북2), 장기적(광주1, 대구)으로 벤치마킹해야만 하고, 제주의 경우는 단기적(경기, 충남), 중기적(충북1, 대전), 장기적(광주1, 대구)으로 벤치마킹해야만 한다. 본 논문의 정책적인 함의는 본 논문에서 비효율적으로 나타난 상업계 여자고등학교를 운영하는 경영관리자는 벤치마킹대상이 되는 여자상업고등학교들의 경영관리방식을 도입하여 취업측면에서 경쟁력과 효율성을 높이도록 해야만 한다는 점이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the job competitiveness of 20 girl's commercial high schools in Korea by using DEA(CCR, BCC, Non-radial, and Tier) approach with suggesting the shortage of outputs and the surplus of inputs for the inefficient girl's commercial high schools. Also, according to the Tier analysis, benchmarking schools are suggested with short-term, middle-term, and long-term bases. The2 inputs(number of teachers, and number of graduation students), and 1 output(number of student taking the job) for the data in 2008 are used. The current problems of girl's commercial high schools in Korea are the content difficulties of subjects, general subjects which are not differentiated from special job education, unsatisfactory school life, insufficient opportunity for job practice in the actual company, trend change from job education to going on the university, the invitation shortage of the excellent applicants from junior high schools. All those factors effect on the difficulties of taking the actual jobs after graduation. The empirical main results are as follows. First, the results from the analysis of CCR, BCC, Non-radial showed the job competitiveness by the ranking order of Seoul, Daegu, Gwangju, Gyungbug, Busan, and Chungcheng areas. Second, Tier analysis showed that Daegu and Seoul 1 are the most efficient, and the inefficient girl's commercial high schools should benchmark the efficient schools according to the periods as follow. Woolsan should benchmark in short -term(Gyunggi, and Chungnam), middle-term(Chungbug1,and Daejun), and long -term(Gwangju1, and Daegu). Gyungnam: short-term(Gyunggi, Chungbug2, and Chungnam), middle-term(Chungbug1, and Gyungbug2), long-term(Gwangju1, and Daegu), Jeju: short-term(Gyunggi, and Chungnam), middle-term(Chungbug1, and Daejun), and long-term(Gwangju1, and Daegu).
