Abstract

In this research, we tried to figure out main factors of team learning and tried to find out mediation effect of Transactive Memory System and moderating effect of team cohesiveness that would bring high performance of team system. To accomplish this goal, we set research model and hypothesis based on the existing reference and previous research. As the result of hypothesis verification, 1st, we find that team learning has positive effect on Transactive memory System of team. 2nd, we find that Transactive Memory System of team has positive effect on team performance. 3rd, we find that Transactive Memory System has mediation effect on team learning - reflactive communication having positive effect on the team performance. 4th, we find that team cohesiveness has moderating effect on Transactive Memory System - Credibility having positive effect on the team performance. Implication for this study are as follow: In academic Implication, 1st, This study verifies that Transactive Memory System has mediation effect between team learning and team performance. In previous studies, Transactive Memory System has been described as a to Antecedents to team learning or has been defined as a concept describing team learning. 2nd, This study verifies that team cohesiveness has moderating effect between Transactive Memory System and team performance. Most previous studies on team cohesiveness was mainly in the field of sports. In practical Implication, 1st, as team learning is needed to improve team performance and Transactive Memory System mediate between team learning and team performance, HR managers Should seek a Human Resources Management Plan which has enabled Transactive Memory System between team members. 2nd, as the interaction between the team members influences Team learning and Transactive Memory System, human administrators should seek ways to enhance team cohesive strength. Limit of this study are as follow: 1st, a problem with the generalization of results, constraining of time and cost, sampling is limited in metropolitan manufacturer by applying the extraction method opportunistic. 2nd, as collection of data was done by survey method and self-report characteristics of respondent, there is a risk on the data by the respondent's social desirability in this research.
