본 연구의 목적은 Flipped learning 적용이 회계교육의 효과성에 영향을 미치는가를 분석하는 것이다. 구체적으로, 첫째, Flipped learning을 통한 회계수업이 학습자의 학습만족도에 영향을 미치는가를 분석하는 것이다. 둘째, Flipped learning을 통한 회계수업이 학습자의 수업태도에 대한 인식에영향을 미치는가를 분석하는 것이다. 셋째, Flipped learning을 통한 회계수업이 학습자의 학업성취도에 영향을 미치는가를 분석하는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 경상남도에 소재하는 A 대학교의 회계원리 계절학기 수업에 참여한 학생들을 실험집단과 통제집단을 선정하였다. 실험은총 3주간 3차시에 걸쳐 이루어졌으며, 측정도구로는 설문조사를 사용하였다. 양적 연구와 더불어 질적 연구를 위해 학생을 대상으로 면담을 실시하였다. 실증분석결과, 첫째, Flipped learning 수업이전통적인 수업보다 학습만족도가 대체로 높게 나타났다. 둘째, Flipped learning을 적용한 회계수업이 학습자들의 수업 관련 활동에서 행동적, 인지적 측면에서 능동적, 자발적으로 개입할 수 있음이밝혀졌다. 셋째, 본 연구의 실증분석결과는 Flipped learning을 적용한 수업이 전통적인 학습방법에비하여 학업성취도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 분석결과는 Flipped learning 수업이 회계학수업의 학습효과를 향상시킬 수 있음을 제시하므로 각 대학의 회계교육자들이 회계교육의 질을 제고하기 위해 Flipped learning을 수업에 활용할 수 있는 계기를 마련해 주는 연구가 될 것이다.
Abstract
In this study, we analyze whether the application of flipped learning affects the effectiveness of accounting course. Specifically, first, we investigate whether accounting class through flipped learning affects learner's satisfaction. Second, it is analyzed whether accounting class through flipped learning affects the perception of learner's attitude. Third, it is conducted whether the accounting class through flipped learning affects the learner's academic achievement. To achieve the purpose, the experimental group and the control group were selected for the students who participated in the accounting principle class at A university in Gyeongsangnamdo. The experiment was carried out for 3 weeks, and the questionnaire was used as the measurement tool. In addition to quantitative research, students were interviewed for qualitative research. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: First, flipping learning class showed higher learning satisfaction than traditional class. Second, it is found that the accounting class using flipped learning can intervene actively, cognitively, and voluntarily the learner's class related learning activities. Third, the results of the empirical analysis show that the class with flipping learning has higher academic achievement than the traditional learning method. The results of this study suggest that flipping learning can improve the learning effect of accounting class. Therefore, the results of this paper can give accounting educators at university opportunity to use flipping learning.
