대학에서 블렌디드 러닝의 효과성에 관한 연구: 관리회계교과를 중심으로

본 연구는 블렌디드 러닝을 실용교육교과목으로 산업에서 활용가치가 높은 회계학 특히, 관리회계에 적용하여 연구하였다. 실무중심의 교과목인 회계학은 많은 예제를 다루어 보아야만 그 내용을 익힐 수 있으나, 강의시간에 이들을 다 다루어보기에는 시간이 부족하므로, 이를 해결하기 위해 블렌디드 러닝을 이용하여 관리회계 수업을 진행하였다. 본 연구 결과, 과제가 많이 부여되고, 시험을 많이 보는 등의 학생들이 직접 해야 하는 것들이 많아 힘들어하는 것으로 나타났으나, 학생들의 전체적인 만족도가 높은 점과 어느 정도 만족을 하는 학생들의 매주 과제를 해결함으로 얻는 성취감이 높은 점을 봤을 때, 공부를 하려고 하는 학생들은 본 강의모형을 통한 강의가 효과가 있었다는 점을 알 수 있다. 하지만 본 연구는 단순히 빈도분석에 의한 연구로 실시되었는데, 통제집단과 실험집단에 대한 비교연구 또는 인과관계에 의한 영향력 연구 등이 진행되어야 할 것이다.
Abstract
The present study deals with accounting, particularly managerial accounting, as a practical subject which is highly useful in applying blended learning method to the industry. From the study, it was discovered, on the one hand, that students have lots of tasks such as examinations and other things they have difficulties in tackling themselves. But, on the other hand, students feel generally satisfied and some of them even feel sense of achievements when they succeed in solving problems given weekly, an evidence demonstrating the effect of the lectures provided through the model suggested for the students who are willing to study. Since, however, this study is carried out simply by means of frequency analysis, further studies are required to compare between the control and experimental groups and to determine the influence of causality.
