This article is researching after the root of Zhajiangmian. Chinesecuisine in Korea is rooted on Lucai & Jiaodongbang or Fushanbang. Gonghechun & Zhonghualou have the same root. Furthermore theopenning of Yantai Port deeply influenced on the development ofYantaiCuisine. The naming of Gonghechun in 1912 is a byproduct of XinhaiRevolution on the network of chinese overseas in the cities–Incheon,Yantai, Nagasaki, Kobe where chinese have lived. As such, the relocationto present situation of Gonghechun in 1917 and the openning ofZhonghualou in 1918 are coincided with the influx of shandong coolie.
