병렬 말뭉치 구축 및 활용 방법의 탐색적 사례 연구 -한국어와 베트남어, 인도네시아어, 태국어병렬 말뭉치를 중심으로-

The purpose of this study is to show the actual construction of parallel corpora and the development of a utilization system for contrastive linguistics and then to suggest future tasks in building a parallel corpus for contrastive study based on problems identified during the actual construction process. In the construction of the parallel corpora, aspects of target language, data collection, data processing, and data structuring were reported, In the development of the utilization system, two aspects of data management and search were reported. Based on this, we proposed the tasks necessary for building a parallel corpus in the future. We suggest that cataloging of collectible data, systematization of sentence division, formalization of sentence boundaries, post-processing of punctuation marks, and restructuring of meta-data for each text type are necessary. This study can be meaningful in that this can serve as a reference for researchers who wish to build a parallel corpus by reporting in detail a actual case of building parallel corpus for contrastive study and developing a utilization system.
