Образование как интегративный фактор во взаимоотношениях Кыргызской Республики и Республики Южная Корея

Abstract

The article aims to emphasize that education plays an important part in cooperation between the Kyrgyz republic and republic of Korea. In the introductory part, the article treats the general state of higher education system of the Kyrgyz Republic. The article draws attention to the fact that the higher school of the country has managed to keep its principal positions in spite of social and economic problems of post-soviet Kyrgyzstan. The article is just in admitting that success that has been achieved is thanks to quantitative, that is, extensive factors. Moreover one can observe dynamic development of higher education system in the years under consideration. Since extensive possibilities have come to an end, there arose the necessity of making Kyrgyz higher education system highly intensive. Within the given context, one of the most important directions of higher education system effective development is activation of mutually beneficial cooperation with the corresponding educational establishments from foreign countries, educational establishments from South Korea, in particular. Despite certain difficulties, the relations between Kyrgyzstan and South Korea have been developing quite dynamically. Great contribution has been made by the numerous Korean diaspora in Kyrgyzstan. In many respects, thanks to them there is a dynamic development of cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and South Korea. This is objectively the most important factor in the relations between the two countries.
