푸코(Foucault)의 ‘통치성’ 관점에서 본 로컬 푸드의 한계와 한국적 적용의 현실

본 논문은 본 연구는 죽어가도록 방임되고, 살아지도록 보살펴지는 신자유주의적 체제의 통치적 실천에 있어서 이것에 복속되지 않는 대항적 품행으로서의 자기 배려와 역량의 강화를 주장하는 푸코의 실존의 미학이 어떠한 권력적 효과를 가질 수 있을지, 그것의 윤리적 가능성을 어떻게, 어디에서 찾을 수 있을 지에 대한 질문을 섭생과 관계하는 로컬 푸드의 적용을 통해 검토하고자 한다. 특히 로컬 푸드의 소비를 글로벌 푸드의 대항논리로서 전개되는 한국의 문화 경제적 상황에본 문제의식을 적용함으로써 위험에 처한 신체를 구원하려는 대항 담론의 한계를 비판적으로 검토하고자 한다. 나아가 대항 담론을 너머의 전개될 수 있는 윤리적 주체의 형성, 그 가능성의 조건을 푸코의 실존의 미학에 가해졌던 몇 가지 오독을 해명함으로서 제시할 것이다.
Abstract
Centering on various governmental practices in the neoliberalism system which is catchingphrasing as "let people die and make them live", this paper will critically examine that Foucault's Aesthetic of existence claiming empowering care of the self, could be effected as counterdiscourse against governmental practices which is making only principle of economy perpetuating all over the world. To be more specific, my Questions follows how the possibility of aesthetic and ethical subject could be found in the practices with consumption of local food against global food. Based on examination of questions mentioned above, this paper will also radically inquire into the limitation of counterdiscourse which is said to make bodies in danger to survive, and applying for present korean cultural and economical reality with respect to consumption of local food as well. Furthermore, by removing a couple of misunderstood points about main arguments in Foucault's aesthetic of existence, the condition and the process of making of aesthetic and ethical subject will be laid out in the contexts beyond counterdiscourse against consumption of global food.
