기업의 주식 가격에 영향을 주는 요인들은 다양하다. 일반적으로 영업 이익이나 시설 투자, 광고 등은 긍정적인 요소이며 경영 악화, 기업 범죄, 오너의 비리 등은 부정적인 요인으로 평가된다. 본 연구에서는 기업 범죄가 과연 해당 기업의 주식 가격에 부정적인 영향을 미치고 있는지를 검증하고자 하였다. 기업범죄의 유형과 보도 시점에 따른 언론보도가 해당 기업에 대한 주식 가격의 변화에 미치는 영향을 대표 사례를 통해 확인하고자 하였다. 이러한 결과는 기업범죄에 대한 외부공시 관련 정책 방향 및 기업범죄를 예방하기 위한 참고자료로서 활용할 수 있다.
Abstract
There are various factors that affect the price of a company's shares. In general, operating profit, facility investment, and advertising are positive factors, while worsening management, corporate crime, and owner corruption are considered negative factors. In this study, we tried to verify whether corporate crime is negatively affecting the company's stock price. It was intended to confirm through representative examples the impact of media reports on changes in the price of shares of the enterprise according to the type of corporate crime and the time of reporting. These results can be used as references to prevent future corporate crime.
