본 연구에서는 기존 단일지역 고용승수를 방법론을 보완하여 지역간 고용승수로 확장하였다. 지역간 교역이 존재하는 지역산업간 연관구조 내에서 IRIO 데이터를 이용한지역간 고용승수 분석을 통하여 지역산업간 고용연관구조와 고용기회비용을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 투입구조와 후방연관효과 기준 기존 고용유발효과 계산과는 달리 지역간 고용승수는 배분구조와 전방연관효과를 기준으로 정립된 고용유발효과 분석모형이라는 차별성이 있다. 따라서 지역간 고용승수는 공급촉진·공급장애 요인이 발생하는 경우 지역산업별 고용유발효과를 정량화하는 데 이용될 수 있으며, 지역산업별 고용의 기회비용을 제시하므로 고용제도·정책의 효율성을 평가하는 데 적용될 수 있다.
Abstract
Many region employment multiplier(IRIO, MRIO) was constructed in Input-Output f ramework. T he 2 013 I RIO d ata w ere u sed t o a nalyze the inter-regional and inter-industry employment structure and employment opportunity costs. Existing employment effects are calculated based on the input structures and backward linkage effects in IRIO table. Unlike the method, the inter-regional employment multiplier is derived based on the allocation coefficients and forward linkage effects of IRIO table from the supply-side of economic structure. Thereby, the multiplier can be used for evaluating the employment effect of supply shock such as supply constraints. In this analysis, opportunity costs of regional industries are calculated by dividing the total employment effect by total employment costs. The efficiency of employment policies may be evaluated based on the opportunity costs.
