본 논문은 서울교통공사 및 수도권 철도공사 승무원의 도시철도 인적오류 사고유발의 근본적인 원인 제거와 감소를 목적으로 하며, 인적오류를 감소시키는데 기여하여 도시철도 사고를 저감 하고 지속적으로 안전한 철도 운행이 될 수 있도록 하고자 안전관리 직무절차 개선방안과 직무요인, 관리적 요인, 인적요인, 업무 스트레스로 인한 요인, 환경적 요인, 물질· 기계적 요인 분석 및 개선 등을 통해 인적오류에 의한 요인을 감소시키며 개선하고자한다.
Abstract
This paper aims to eliminate and reduce the underlying causes of human error in urban railways by the Seoul Transportation Corporation and the Metropolitan Railway Corporation, and to reduce human error, to reduce urban rail accidents and to ensure that continuously safe rail operation, safety management job procedures improvement stipulations, job factors, management factors, human factors, factors caused by work sreth, environmental factors, substances, and We want to reduce and improve factors caused by human error through mechanical factors analysis and improvement.
