환경적 요인에 따른 수도권 1호선 운전직무자의 인적오류 및 인식차이

현대의 도시철도는 교통권역내 대중교통의 큰 비중을 차지하고 있다. 하지만 철도사고와 운행장애는 매년 발생하고 있으며, 그로 인하여 도시철도 이용객들의 불편과 피해를 입히고 있는 실정이다. 사고의 원인 중 인적 오류가 상당부분 차지하고 있다는 점을 주의를 기울이고 있다. 수도권 1호선 운전직무자가 인적오류를 어떻게 인식하는지에 대하여 평가하기 위해 환경적 요인을 중점으로 두었다. 본 연구는 수도권 1호선 운전직무자만을 대상으로 인적 오류에 대하여 어떻게 인식하고 있는지에 대해서 평가한다. 또한 인식조사를 바탕으로 인구 통계적 특성에 따른 인식에 차이가 나타나는 지를 평가한다.
Abstract
Modern urban railroads account for a large proportion of public transportation in the area of transportation. However, railway accidents and operational disruptions occur every year, causing inconvenience and damage to urban railroad users. Attention is being paid to the fact that human error accounts for a significant portion of the causes of accidents. Environmental factors were focused on how drivers of Seoul Metropolitan Subway Line 1 perceived human error. This study evaluates how only drivers on Seoul Metropolitan Subway Line 1 are aware of human error. It also evaluates whether there are differences in perception based on demographic characteristics.
