Abstract
This study analyzes the changes in the world order emerged by the Ukraine war from the perspective of the conflict between Russian Eurasianism and America First. The conflict that occurred in Eurasia, which is located on the geopolitical fault line, can be said to be a challenge to form Russia's multipolar balance of power system against the unipolar domination system led by the single hegemon, the United States. The purpose of this study is to analyze what position Russia wants in the newly forming multipolar world order and what the new world order will look like. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the Ukraine war is bringing about a new cold war order, and the Russia is driving the consolidation of the Eurasian Great Power status by strengthening the cooperation with China and other countries in the Global South for the construction of a multipolar world order. The challenge to the unipolar system based on America First is making it possible to Russia’s strategic space expansion policy, and the significance of this study can be found in that it has identified a step-by-step approach for the launch of the Eurasian Union, which is referred to as the ‘Eurasian Dream’.
