Abstract

To maintain China as a socialist country, there are four basic principles. American them, the principle of "the maintenance of Communist Party leadership" always provides the rationale for regulating the thoughts and behavioral principles related to politics, economics, culture, and society in general. Also, the position of the Communist Party leadership is the central thing in the Chinese political structure from the current perspective of Chinese political and social institutions. The Communist Party can proceed the leadership of governing institution through the party structure within the governing organization. At the same time, by securing functions and maintaining their superior power in numbers to pass through the bills and plans that they proposed, party members secure the party leadership in every organization. In other words, party members maintain the party leadership through party activities in organizations and party members' positive activities.
