Abstract

Basically through the process of Communist Revolution and development of socialism, China has established the relationship between the party and national socity. The relationship of the party and politics in a socialistic country like China differed from that of a capitalistic nation. Owing to its special historical experience that the Communist Party established a nation through its revolution in China, the party's existence and authority have provided the rationale for its leadership and governance of the nation and the party leadership have become the premise of the existence of socialistic system. For these reasons, the relationship between the party and politics resulted in the issue how the party realizes its leadership effectively. In China, the relationship of party and politics develops under the premise of party leadership, differently from that of capitalism which develops under the premise of the establishing a national power. Therefore, to explain the relationship of party and politics, instead of starting to look at the system of party leadership, we should examine the relationship between the party and nation in an aspects of its governance and consider the party rules. The governance of the Communist Party is the premise of Chinese politics and the party's governance is the means to realize its leadership.
