· 연구목적: 호텔기업의 경쟁력 제고에 호텔시설 민간경비원의 기여도가 확대될 수 있도록 호텔시설 민간경비원의 서비스 수준을 향상시키고자 호텔시설 민간경비원의 상사사지원인식과 직무열의 및 고객지향성의 관계를 검증하는데 목적을 두고 있다. · 연구방법: 2024년 11월 01일에서 11월 30일까지 수도권에 위치한 호텔시설에서 안전업무를 담당하는 민간경비원을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하여 자료를 수집하였다. 설문조사를 통해 수집된 자료는 STATA 14.0ver의 통계패키지를 이용하여 응답자의 일반적 특성을 확인하였고, 타당도와 신뢰도 검증을 실시하였으며, 가설검증을 위해 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시하였다. · 연구결과: 상사지원인식은 직무열의에 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤고, 고객지향성에도 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 직무열의도 고객지향성에 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤다. 또한, 상사지원인식과 고객지향성에 직무열의는 부분 매개하였다. · 공헌점 및 기대효과: 이 연구는 호텔기업의 주요 인적자원으로 연구되지 못했던, 호텔시설 민간경비원의 정서와 태도에 관한 시사점을 제시하고 있다. 이는 호텔기업의 발전과 지속가능성에 민간경비원의 기여를 확대시킬 수 있는 기초자료가 될 것으로 기대된다.
Abstract
· Research topics: In the competitiveness of hotel facilities, it is to verify the service level of the hotel facility private expenses, so that the contribution of hotel facilities and customer orientation and customer orientation. · Research method: From November 1st to November 30th, 2024, a survey was conducted on private security guards in charge of safety at hotel facilities located in the metropolitan area to collect data. The collected data were used to confirm the general characteristics of respondents using STATA's statistical package, verify validity and reliability, and conduct structural equation model analysis to verify the hypothesis. · Research results: Perception of supervisor support had a positive effect on job enthusiasm and customer orientation, and job enthusiasm also had a positive effect on customer orientation. In addition, job enthusiasm was partially mediated on supervisor support perception and customer orientation. · Contribution points and expected effects: This study presents implications for the emotions and attitudes of private security guards in hotel facilities, which have not been studied as a major human resource of hotel companies. This is expected to serve as basic data to expand the contribution of private security guards to the development and sustainability of hotel companies.
