지난 17대 대선은 노동자계급 정치 운동 진영에 커다란 변화를 몰고 왔다. 민주노동당 분당 사태는 그 핵심적인 예이다. 이로 인해 노동자계급 정치 운동의 형식과 내용 모두에 걸친 재편이 이루어지고 있다. 현재로서 재편은 크게 여전히 지난 민주노동당 운동의 연속 위에서 얘기되고 있는 ‘진보정당’ 흐름과 기존 민주노동당 운동과는 전혀 다른 맥락에서 형성되고 있던 ‘계급정당’ 움직임을 두 축으로 하여 형성될 가능성이 높다. 그러나 좀 더 구체적인 수준에서 보면 ‘진보정당’ 흐름이든 ‘계급정당’ 움직임이든 간에 각각 그 내부에 동일성 못지않게 이질성 또한 적지 않다는 점에서 재편 과정은 보다 복잡한 양상을 띨 것이며 또한 그 과정에서 상당한 진통과 혼란을 겪을 것으로 보인다. 한편 노동자계급 정치 운동의 전망과 관련해서는 ‘진보정당’ 흐름이든, ‘계급정당’ 움직임이든 각각이 부딪치고 있는 난점을 극복하기가 사실 쉽지 않다고 할 때 결코 낙관적으로 보기는 어렵다. 지금으로서는 자본주의 세계체제와 부르주아 정치체제를 근본적으로 극복할 수 있는 형식과 내용에서의 대안적 운동양식을 창출해야 하는 과제가 노동자계급 정치 운동 앞에 가로놓여 있다고 할 수 있다.
Abstract
The seventeenth presidental election caused changes in the working class political movement. The exemple is a split of Democratic Labour Party(henceforth DLP). Therefore reorientation is brought about in the form and content of the working class political movement. Now it is likely that reorientation is brought about in the two direction. The one is ‘progressive party’ approach in the context of DLP. The other is ‘class party’ approach to the contrary to DLP. Concretely observing, irrelevant of ‘progressive party’ or ‘class party,’ both approach will have pains, chaos and complicated aspect. But now it is the task of the working class political movement to creat the alternative movement overcoming fundamentally capitalist world system and bourgeois political system.
