들뢰즈와 가타리의 리토르넬로를 적용하여 국가형태의 변화를 하나의 리토르넬로로 이해하여 볼 수 있다. 본 논문은 자본주의 국가형태의 변화에 초점을 두고 자본주의 국가형태의 성격을 분석하고 있다. 자본주의는 원국가를 부활시킨다. 그러나 자본주의 최후의 국가형태는 완벽한 마법적 포획이 이루어지는 국가이지 원국가일 수는 없다. 완벽한 마법적 포획 시스템은 신체 없는 기관이다. 신체 없는 기관은 생성의 흐름이 차단된 죽은 시스템이다. 완벽한 마법적 포획 시스템의 외부에 사상 초유의 위력적인 전쟁기계가 있다. 자본주의는 종국에 이러한 전쟁기계를 더 이상 포획하지 못한 채 최후의 국가형태가 되고 만다. 국가형태 리토르넬로를 통한 자본주의 분석은 오늘날의 글로벌 자본주의의 성격을 이해하고 글로벌화에 대해 전략적으로 대처하기 위해서도 필요하다. 왜냐하면 글로벌 자본주의가 완벽한 마법적 포획 시스템을 지향하는 자본의 운동에 의해 추동됐기 때문이다.
Abstract
We can understand the variation of state-form as a state-form ritornello(urstaat→state→again urstaat→…). Discussions in the article center around analyzing capitalist state-form on this ritornello. Capitalism has reawakened the urstaat. But the last capitalist state-form is the state with the apparatus of the perfect magic capture not the urstaat. This apparatus is the organs without bodies. The OwB is a dead system in which the becoming has ceased. In opposition to the interior of this apparatus, there is an epoch-making war machine in the exterior of this apparatus. The last capitalist state no longer captures this war machine and will become the last state. It is necessary to consider capitalism on the state-form ritornello in understanding contemporary global capitalism and coping strategically with globalization. Because the contemporary global capitalism is created by the movements of capital in pursuit of the perfect magic capture system.
