초록

본 논문은 들뢰즈와 가타리의 국가형태론과 맑스의 사회구성체론에 관한 비교연구이다. 국가형태와 사회구성체는 동일한 대상이지만 이에 대한 각각의 이론은 동일하지 않다. 맑스는 부정의 부정이라는 변증법적 논리에 의해 사회구성체의 변화를 설명한다. 즉 그는 소유관계의 변화를 축으로 하여 공동체 사회-공동체 사회의 부정-다시 공동체 사회로-…라는 형태로 사회구성체의 변화를 설명한다. 반면에 들뢰즈와 가타리는 리토르넬로로서 국가형태의 변화를 설명한다. 즉 그들은 국가형태의 변화를 축으로 하여 원국가-국가-다시 원국가-…라는 형태로 사회변화를 설명한다. 자본주의는 맑스에게서 공동체 소유의 철저한 부정형태인 반면에 들뢰즈와 가타리에게서 고도로 발전된 국가의 최후형태(즉 마법적 포획의 완성)이다. 이러한 입장 차이는 자본주의 이후 사회로의 이행전략에서도 차이를 드러낸다. 이러한 비교 연구를 통해 사회구성체(혹은 국가형태)의 변화를 제대로 다룰 수 없었던 기존의 이론적 한계를 극복하는 계기를 마련해 보고자 한다.

Abstract

Marx's social formations and Deleuzoguattariama's state-forms are same in terms of study object, but their methodologies are different. Marx explains the replacement of social formations by dialectical logic of the negation of negation. He focuses on the replacement of ownership relations and explains the replacement of social formations as follows: (primitive) community society→ the negation of community society→ the negation of negation: again community society→ …. Deleuze and Guattari explain the replacement of state forms by ritornello. D&G focus on state forms and explain the replacement as follows: urstaat(or primitive society)→ state→ again urstaat→ …. Capitalist society is the final negation form of community ownership in Marx. In Deleuze and Guattari, Capitalist society is the final state form ruled by a perfect magical capture. They propose the different strategy for the society after capitalism in line with their perspective(ie. Marx: Class Struggle, D&G: the becoming-minorities). This comparative study could provide an approach a momentum to newly understand the replacement of social formations(or state-form) by another.
