재난 이후 페미니즘의 종언이 선고된 시대이다. 하지만 종언은 다시 시작하고픈 욕망이다. 파국은 ‘잠재적인 역전의 계기’를 품은 것이며, 종언이면서 시작이고, ‘절망이면서 희망이자’ ‘디스토피아면서 유토피아의 이중성을 지닌 것이다. 신자유주의 시대 페미니즘의 추락이 역사의 간계라고 한다면 페미니즘의 출구는 어디에 있는가? 글로벌 젠더정의는 무엇인가? 그것이 어떻게 실현될 수 있다는 것일까? 이 글은 페미니즘의 추락의 의미를 재해석함으로써 페미니즘이 다시 시작할 수 있는 지점을 “마법적으로” 탐색하려는 것이다.
Abstract
After disasters, the fall of feminism has been openly pronounced. This kind of pronunciation seems to be the desire to re-start again. Disasters have embedded the momentum of potential reversion in them. End means beginning, despair means the ambivalent expression of hope. At the age of neoliberalism, if the fall of feminism were to be the ruse of history, where and how does feminism begin again? What is the global gender-justice? How can it be possible? By means of the reinterpretation of the fall of feminism, the purposes of this article is to grope for the possibilities of re-take off of feminism “magically.”
