교사와 학생의 지각에 따른 교사의 훈육유형의 실증적 분류

많은 연구들에 의하면, 교사의 학생에 대한 훈육방식에 따라 학생의 문제행동을 효과적으로 예방 또는 감소시킬 수 있다는 점을 알 수 있다. 따라서 우리나라의 맥락에 맞는 교사의 훈육유형을 실증적으로 분류해보는 연구가 우선 요구된다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 훈육유형에 관한 여러 문헌연구를 종합적으로 고려한 후, 요인분석을 사용하여 교사의 훈육유형을 실증적으로 분류하였다.연구결과에 의하면, 학생을 교사의 훈육유형의 판단자로 하였을 때는 교사의 훈육유형이 여섯 가지, 즉 민주형, 타협형, 지원형, 전제형, 방임형, 절충형으로 분류되었고, 교사를 훈육유형의 판단자로 하였을 때는 교사의 훈육유형이 다섯 가지, 즉 민주형, 타협형, 지원형, 전제형, 절충형으로 분류되었다.
Abstract
An empirical analysis of teacher's discipline style according to the difference between teacher's perception and student's perceptionKim, dalhyo(Pusan University of Foreign Studies)The purpose of this study was to actually analyze teacher's discipline style. To accomplish this purpose, sixth grades 2,500 students of 73 classrooms of 13 elementary schools and 600 teachers of 21 elementary schools were sampled. As a tool of investigation, questionnaires about teacher's discipline style and discipline effectiveness had made by researcher of this study were used. And as processing of data, factor analysis were used.The result of this study is as follow.The judgers of teacher's discipline style were divided two kinds. One were teachers themselves, and the other were students. When the judgers were students, teacher's discipline style was actually identified as six, in other words, democratic, compromiser, autocracy, mixer, and noninterventionist. And when the judgers were teachers themselves, teacher's discipline style was actually identified as five, in other words, democratic, compromiser, supporter, autocracy, and mixer.
