수업사례에 대한 유아교사의 인식

본 연구는 수업사례의 개념, 목적, 주제, 필요성에 대한 유아교사의 인식을 알아보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 수업사례에 대한 교사의 인식 조사를 위하여 연구자가 제작한 설문지에 응답한 총 240부를 분석하였다. 연구결과 유아교사들은 수업사례의 개념, 목적, 그리고 주제에 대해서 교사의 개인적 배경 변인에 따라 다르게 인식하였다. 수업사례의 필요성에 대해서는 학력, 경력, 그리고 직위가 높을수록 높게 인식하였고, 수업사례에 대한 교육을 받은 경험이 있을 때 높게 인식하였다. 수업사례의 필요성을 높게 인식하는 대부분의 교사는 수업사례 활용의 참여에 대해 높은 의욕을 보였다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explore the perception of early childhood teachers on the case study method. Two hundred and forty early childhood teachers were surveyed with questionnaire developed by the researchers and their responses to that questionnaire were analyzed. The results showed that the teachers had different perception on the concept, goal, theme and value of the case study method as teacher training method by their educational background, teaching experience and position at working place. The more educated and experienced and the higher in position teachers were, the stronger they felt the need on the case study as teacher education method. Further, the majority of the teachers who thought the teacher education course for case study method was necessary intended to participate if an opportunity to attend such course was given to her.
