본 연구는 수업분석에 대한 유치원 교원들의 인식과 실태를 파악하여 유치원에 적합한 수업분석 방법을 개발하기 위해 실시되었다. 이를 위하여 공·사립유치원 교원 130명을 대상으로 설문지를 배부하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 유치원 교원은 수업을 교사의 가장 중요한 업무라고 인식하고 있었으며, 주로 질적분석 방법을 활용하여 수업분석을 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유치원 교원은 현장의 수업 개선을 위해 수업설계안 작성 외에 수업분석 방법을 배우고 싶어 하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 현재 유치원 현장에서 활용하고 있는 수업분석 방법은 유치원 수업의 특성을 충분히 반영하지 못하고 있어 현장 실정에 맞는 수업분석 방법의 개발이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 현장에서 교사들의 수업분석이 효과적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 하기 위해선 유치원 수업의 특성을 반영한 수업분석 방법을 개발하여 전문가의 피드백을 함께 제공해야 할 필요가 있는 것으로 논의되었다.
Abstract
This study was conducted to develop analysis instrument suitable for kindergarten after analysing kindergarten teachers’ perception and current status on analysis instrument. To conduct a test, questionnaire was sent to the 130 teachers in state/public kindergartens. First, teachers perceive class is the most important thing to teachers, and quality analysis was mainly used on analysis instrument. Second, teachers want learn method of analysis instrument to improve their teaching apart from planning lesson design. Third, the method of analysis instrument currently used in kindergarten not fully reflect characteristic of the class in kindergarten, so development of method of analysis instrument fit for current status is required. Therefore, it is need to develop and provide with expert’s feedback method of analysis instrument reflecting characteristic of the class in kindergarten to do teacher’s analysis instrument effectively in the field.
