본 연구는 예비유아교사교육에서 수업사례 활용의 효과를 밝히는데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구대상은 전라북도에 소재한 대학의 유아교육과에 재학하고 있는 15명의 예비유아교사들이다. 본 연구에 참여한 15명의 예비유아교사들은 15주 동안 수업사례 쓰기, 수업사례 토론노트 작성, 조별 수업사례 토론노트 발표 및 토론, 조별 토론 결과 발표 및 토론, 그리고 개별 반성적 저널쓰기의 수업사례 활용 과정에 참여하였다. 수업사례 활용을 통해, 예비유아교사들은 수업사례 관련 능력으로 수업사례에 대한 인식과 수업사례 기술(writing) 능력이 높아졌고, 교과 관련 능력으로 유아생활지도에 대한 이해가 향상되었다.
Abstract
This study is aimed at examining the effects of case study as a way of training pre-service early childhood teachers. Subjects for this study are 15 pre-service early childhood teachers, who enrolled in W University in Jeon-buk Province. They participated in a 15-week teacher training course in which case study was applied as a teacher education method. The result showed improvements made in the pre-service teachers' perception about case study, their understanding on child guidance, and their case-writing skills.
